About our founder, George Stockler

George Stockler started Electrical Testing Company in 1969. He gained the respect and devotion of his clients who included: engineers, contractors, tradespeople, facility owners and managers.

His expertise in all-things-electrical became legendary, not only in NSW, but the whole country.

George passed away 18 February 2009.
He is remembered for his knowledge and professionalism; equally for his kindness, patience, compassion; and of course, his repertoire of jokes.

Complaint Handling Process

Electrical Testing Company is committed to satisfying our customers and exceeding their expectations. However, if for some reason we fall short of those expectations, we will embrace the opportunity to learn and to utilise the learnings for our continuous improvement.

There are several options for lodging a complaint:

  1. discuss with us directly on 1 300 TEST IT
  2. complete the customer feedback form
  3. send an email

If you choose to send an email, please include the following information:

  • Name
  • Organisation
  • Contact details
  • Description of complaint
  • Name/s of staff involved
  • Where and when the incident happened
  • Any supporting documents

Both website feedback form and email are forwarded to the Director.

Please note that ETC is committed to confidentiality. Any information you provide will be kept confidential.

The Director or nominee will acknowledge receipt of the complaint via email. ETC will assign a person to investigate. Such person will be independent of the issue which is the subject of your complaint.

ETC will advise you in writing of progress within four weeks of acknowledging your complaint. Once the complaint investigation is complete, ETC will advise you of the outcome.
